About Me

My photo
Salvador Bracamontes C.
Hola, my name is Salvador. I was born in Ciudad Guzman,Jalisco and raised in Zihuatanejo, Mexico. The inspiration and passion of my recipes grow out of my long working history as a chef with the Sheraton, Brisas and Viceroy( formerly the Tides) as well as Club Med hotels throughout Mexico. It was my pleasure to have cooked for then Mexican President Ernesto Zedilo and guest Fidel Castro, the musical group The Platters as well as internationally renowned singer Luis Miguel. I have taken this extensive knowledge and incorporated it into a culinary repertoire that includes central and coastal Mexican specialities as well as nouvelle cuisine using traditional ingredients including many herbs in new gastranomically adventurous ways. I will be happy to cook for you and your guests in the privacy of your home. For an unforgettable evening musician Max of Troncones will accompany me if you so choose.
